The indigenous people of Lahai-Roi, whose landmark structure, known as the Solisylum, is found in the Bjartr Woods. The Roya consider it their calling to guide the growth and migration of Exoswarm using a calendar they created from observing the Exostrider Reactor Drive's behavior.

They possess ancient knowledge and mathematical methodologies that can easily place them on equal footing as some of the finest minds on all of Solaris; a product of generations of necessity to survive against the Waveworn. Their nomadic tradition is centered around raising and tending for mature Exoswarm so that they may be used to repair the Exostrider.

Many of Roya are identifiable by their patterned headbands and the bird-tail like accessories on the back of their heads. Typically, those in exile are not necessarily inclined to wear them.
