On his deathbed, he spoke to the believers: "Once whole, the Divinity was rent by warring creeds.”
From Their holy wounds, sprang curse of Dark tide. Though the woes of Rinascita yet endure, the shattered divinity hath chosen Their herald. On the grandest of days, the maiden, Crowned with golden laurel, shall commune with the Divinity. Thus she becomes the prophesied ‘Enlightened One.’ Though whom Rinascita's woes shall end, Then, the Divinity shall return to it's true form, and Rinascita, under it's glory, shall be a paradise free of suffering.

When Rinascita was first established, there were two deities who respectively governed the sky and the sea, locked in an endless struggle. Rinascita advanced, amidst the turmoil created by them. In the times of legend, the people engaged in conflict due to differences in faith. This war was ultimately ended by an unprecedented TD outbreak.
The Black Tide, as it was called, devastated much of Rinascita land. After the Black Tide, the first leader, Napoli, rebuilt civilisation from the ruins and ashes. He established the Order to guide the fragmented Ragunna. Shortly after, he returned to the embrace of the gods. On his deathbed, he revealed to his followers: "The Deities were once singular, but were torn apart by differences in faith." The blood from their wounds formed the nightmare of the Dark Tide.
Rinascita's suffering had not yet ended, yet the shattered deity has chosen its future emissary. A young girl will resonate with the deities on the city's grandest day, donning a golden crown. She is foretold to become the "Enlightened One." In that moment, the deity will return to its original form, and Rinascita will bask in its glory, turning into a land free from suffering, an eternal paradise.
