Threnodians are the enemies of human civilizations, born from the dark side of the human collective consciousness. They are formidable creatures with power to destroy human spirit and feed off of their collapsed will. They represent the hidden fears and inner turmoil of humanity, causing destructive disasters known as Tacet Discord in different parts of the world. In essence, they are a reflection of the collective will of humans condensed into physical form.

The revival of a Threnodian would result in catastrophic events and affect other nations because they can sense one another through some form of telepathic link.
