Developed by Dr. Scott Rabelle, this method was originally designed to examine Resonators. It is also known as "Rabelle's Test."

Known for its safety, reliability, and ease of use, the test has since been adopted across multiple regions.

Scientists use this specific convention to classify resonators. It is nothing more than the waveform graph of resonator frequencies and their fluctuation.

"The non-convergent Rabelle's Curve of Resonator Baizhi displays a gradual increase in the initial stage, followed by a sharp climb in the middle section. The test results thus categorize Baizhi as a Mutant Resonator with a Dormant Period."

Classifications are as follows: Natural, Mutant and Congenital.

• Natural Resonators develop their powers thanks to the Awakening naturally over time, but not born with them. Technically speaking they have a non-convergent Rabelle's Curve with a gradual, stable rise.
  • Current Natural Resonators: Calcharo, Jianxin, Lingyang, Taoqi, Yangyang, Yuanwu and Changli.
• Mutant Resonators develop the Awakening and their powers in response to a powerful and personal stimulus at a particular time in their lives. They have a non-convergent Rabelle Curve with a steep rise in its middle section.
  • Current Mutant Resonators: Baizhi, Chixia, Danjin, Jiyan, Mortefi and Sanhua.
• Congenital Resonators are born with the aptitude, manifesting the Awakening and their powers at young age. They have a non-convergent Rabelle's Curve with a periodic waveform.
  • Current Congenital Resonators: Aalto, Encore, Verina, Yinlin and Jinhsi.
• Artificial Resonators are as the name implies. Individuals who have artificially induced Fortes as a result of experimentation or other procedures. However, it is widely considered heretical and an affront to nature.
  • Previously, Encore had been an Artificial Resonator, and her classification described splicing in her ‘Resonance Chain’, an outdated term. Calcharo had been an Artificial Resonator, and his classification described a highly defective Resonance Chain.
  • As of 1.4, we have our first (alleged) Artificial Resonator in the form of Camellya. However, due to nature of such a state of Awakening, it has been mostly kept under wraps without much further exploration by testers.
