“My original thought process went like this: sea (water) + moon -> ebb and flow = tides = "the Ebb Tide" (confirmed), possibly hinting towards the existence of a "Flood Tide" following the Lament. I think Fuluoluo might be forcibly controlling the Tacet Discords via the moon's gravitational forces, if there is anything akin to a "tide" in ww that can be affected by the moon– forcing the cycle of flooding and ebbing so they can agitate the TDs; this is what i had noted down before we got confirmation about the existence of the Ebb Tide.”
