According to Ragunna's legends, Imperator guided its settlers to this promised land, offering them sanctuary from the threat of the Lament.

Though Imperator rarely reveals Their presence to the world, They maintain a connection with the people of Ragunna through the Laureate of the Carnevale, delivering divine guidance in the form of oracles.
