The Court of Savantae is a mysterious scientific research organization. It is known for all its bizarre experiments and for its research in 'Automata Mechanics', that consists of assembling machinery in a modular way…
Many Court of Savantae researchers studied the Retroact Rain because they were driven by their own obsessions to relive a particular experience or reunite with loved ones.
Researchers under the direction of Professor Heisen were obsessed with the ancient civilisation and they wanted to recreate what they called 'Divine Miracle' at all costs. To achieve this, they developed a project called 'Artificial Retroactive Rain' to relive the ‘miracle’ and recreate what they considered 'Divine Beings' to seek enlightment.
At some point of their research, they were expelled from the remote headquarters ‘The Committee’ due to 'dangerous activities', and were forbidden to do research.
But thanks to the results of their research, they obtained various evidences that the ancient civilisation visited Whining Aix's Mire. This led them to establish a branch in the Jinzhou region and start the second phase of their project, also thanks to funds donated by a Overseer Fractsidus, which suggests their close involvement.
The second phase of the project made no progress and, as they had limited time for the success of the project due to Professor Heisen's ageing, it was shelved to start up the new ‘Plan B’ project 'Artificial Controllable Tacet Field'.
This project required the interaction of a human being with the Artificial Tacet Field. They failed 37 times, leading to the death of 37 human beings. Until they obtained a replica of 'God' which they named A038, an invisible entity who is unable to speak or move.
To get their desired results faster, they started feeding this ‘replica’ various frequencies, datasets, and mechanical constructs... Over time, it turned into a monster driven by the frequencies of ‘hunger’, devouring everything in its path.
Those researchers were too obsessed with validating the ‘divine miracle’ that they eventually got lured in by that monster's frequencies of hunger and willingly walked into its maw.
